What happens if I exceed my monthly quota?
We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your monthly quota. Sends beyond the limit are rejected with a clear QUOTA_EXCEEDED error until the counter resets on the 1st, or you can upgrade your plan instantly and keep sending.
Why are the quotas monthly instead of daily?
Monthly quotas match how every other email provider bills and let you send a burst for a launch or newsletter without hitting an artificial daily wall. Your dashboard shows usage against the month, and the counter resets on the 1st.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes! Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do you use shared or dedicated IPs?
Every plan sends through the same clean, monitored IP. What keeps it clean is policy, not tiering: you can only send from domains you have verified, bulk mail carries one-click unsubscribe, and bounces and complaints are suppressed automatically. Plans differ by daily volume, custom domains, campaigns, inbox size and support.
Do you offer custom Enterprise plans?
Yes. Contact our team for negotiated monthly volume and pacing, SSO/SAML, a custom SLA, migration assistance and, on request, dedicated sending infrastructure.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes! Our Micro plan ($12/mo) comes with a 14-day free trial — full access to campaigns, custom domains, and 20,000 emails/month. No charge until day 15. Our Free tier is also free forever with 3,000 emails/month.
What currency do you bill in?
Canadian dollars. Prices are tax-exclusive; GST/HST and, for Québec, QST are added by Stripe at checkout. Your servers, mailbox and data stay in Canada.
