We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your monthly quota. If you exceed your limit, additional emails will be queued until your next billing cycle or you can upgrade your plan instantly.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes! Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do you use shared or dedicated IPs?
Every plan sends through the same clean, monitored IP. What keeps it clean is policy, not tiering: you can only send from domains you have verified, bulk mail carries one-click unsubscribe, and bounces and complaints are suppressed automatically. Plans differ by daily volume, custom domains, campaigns, inbox size and support.
